This is my beautiful picture of the sunrise over the sand forest. I recently traveled to Tembe Elephant Park to research and photograph Africa's largest elephants, the giant tuskers. Tembe is located in South Africa between Zululand and Mozambique.

A new book coming soon! The story of Isilo, one of the last great tuskers of Africa, is told through the eyes of his young son Simon. This youthful, fun-loving elephant just wants to play and create mischief. But as he grows up, his mother takes him on a journey to find out what happened to his father. Follow along as Simon learns the fate of his father and discovers his own destiny.
